Diehl’s advertised pass promise is conditional. Its page says the promise applies after scoring at least 95% on three consecutive simulated tests shortly before the official test, and details should be confirmed in its current terms. This is a provider claim about its own customers, not a guarantee from NMLS or evidence that every candidate reaching that score will pass.

The Sitonce route

Sitonce suits candidates who want a lower price and a course path that starts with instruction. Diehl’s page lists a 125-question simulated exam, while the current combined SAFE MLO test is described by NMLS as 120 questions, including five unscored pretest items. Before relying on it for pacing, ask Diehl whether its current Prep2Pass form has been updated to match the current test outline and displayed item count.
