The language

Where open book helps
Terminology. An unfamiliar term in a question can often be resolved by finding it in a reference, which a closed-book exam would not allow.
That is a genuine advantage and it is worth building into your preparation deliberately - tab the definitions, not just the figures.
Where it does not
Reading speed. One hundred and twenty-five questions plus lookups across 330 minutes is a heavy reading load in any language, and heavier in a second one.
Every lookup you can shorten buys reading time for the question stems. A candidate reading more slowly needs a better index than one who reads fast, and the index is entirely within your control.
Accommodations

Preparation that helps
