The fast version
It is possible to study on Saturday, sit on Sunday and hold a certificate on Monday.
People do it, and some pass. The failure rate on that approach is higher, and a failed attempt costs about USD 60 plus another session - so the fast route is often slower and more expensive than the ordinary one.
A job offer conditional on certification, or an inspection date. In those cases pay for a bundle with good practice questions, do a full mock, and only book the exam once you are scoring above 80 per cent on it.

A realistic two-week plan
Days one to three: the blueprint, then the temperature rules until they are automatic. Days four to seven: contamination and employee health, which are the two biggest areas. Days eight to ten: everything else, quickly. Days eleven to twelve: two full mocks, reviewing every miss back to the provision. Day thirteen: rest. Day fourteen: sit.
That is about twelve hours of work, and it puts most people comfortably over the line.
