Full length, timed, with the actual books. Ninety rather than 81 because a mock is not the real form and nine questions is a reasonable buffer.

Two: lookups under a minute
From reading the question to having the answer. Under ten seconds to choose the book, under thirty to reach the provision.
If lookups take three minutes you will not finish, whatever you know.
Three: the book map from memory
Given any of the twelve categories, name the primary reference without thinking. That knowledge saves a minute a question across the paper.
Four: no category below 60 percent
An overall pass hiding a 20 percent in Procurement is fragile, because Procurement is 31 questions and they will turn up whether you are ready or not.
Five and a half hours of concentration is its own skill. A candidate who has only ever practiced in one-hour blocks discovers at question ninety that their attention has gone, and there is no way to find that out except by doing it.
