Yes. An on-screen calculator and a mathematics reference sheet are supplied during the Mathematics subtest, per the FTCE Test Structure document. Both appear inside the test software, so you bring neither and you cannot use your own. Mathematics gives you 100 minutes for 35 questions.

The Test Structure document names both as provided during the Mathematics subtest. It does not extend them to English Language Skills or Reading, which is unsurprising, since neither of those asks you to compute anything.
What we are not going to tell you about the reference sheet
What is printed on it. The sheet itself is published on the testing vendor's site, which blocks automated access, so we have not read it. We know from FLDOE's own document that one is supplied and that is where our knowledge stops.
Several prep sites list its contents with great confidence. We are not going to copy them and present a guess as a fact on a page about a certification requirement. Go and look at the vendor's own page before you build a study plan around what you think will be on it.
A supplied calculator is a slower calculator
This is the opinion part. An on-screen calculator you have never used costs you time on every keystroke, and Mathematics gives you about 2.86 minutes a question, which is our figure from FLDOE's published count and time limit. Candidates who drill every problem on a phone build muscle memory they cannot take into the room.
So practice the way you will sit. Do the arithmetic on paper wherever it is faster, and where you genuinely need a calculator, use a plain one with no shortcuts you rely on.

- Reading a value straight off a chart or table
Reaching for a supplied calculator to do something you should recall is how a 100-minute subtest turns into a rushed one.

Is there a calculator on the FTCE General Knowledge math subtest?
Yes. The FTCE Test Structure document states that an on-screen calculator is supplied during the Mathematics subtest. It appears in the test software, so you do not bring a device of your own and you do not need to buy one.
Can I bring my own calculator to the FTCE?
No. The calculator is provided on screen. Check the current candidate rules on the official registration site close to your date, because the rules about what you may carry into a test center are the vendor's and they change.

Do the other subtests have a calculator?

How much time do I get per math question?
Mathematics is 35 questions in 100 minutes, which works out at about 2.86 minutes each. That division is ours rather than a figure FLDOE publishes, and it is the most useful number in the subtest.
